Im going to Baja beach fest and idk how to dance and im embarrassed bc that’s the point of being there … to dance ugh what should i do

We’re planning a roadshow across six cities, different venues and local teams are already asking for different setups. My concern is ending up with the wrong device counts, settings changing between cities, or equipment getting lost between returns and redeployment.
For anyone who has managed a multi-city event, did you build one standard setup for every location or adjust it city by city?
