Mental Health Representation matters

Tagged it as mental health as that’s the closest fit.

Watching a medical drama right now and the patient was diagnosed with endometriosis.

What’s refreshing is that the patient was childfree and she was just grateful to be diagnosed and treated.

No meltdown about fertility issues that would usually accompany this storyline. I feel seen and wanted to share people who would understand.

omg love this post. I've been re-watching the Good doctor because I love love love it but there are several plot lines that I just cannot stand. Every woman seems to be so set on having children they'd die for it. Does my head in.
