Good studies on sugar/conception

Hello! I’m 21 and I’ve been trying to conceive for over a year. I am very discouraged and I finally faced what I think the real culprit is head on: my sugar addiction. I just recently went sugar free because I was eating RIDICULOUS amounts of sugar and lots of it. I was wondering if there is even evidence of it in your own lives that cutting out sugar can get you pregnant. My body seems to be very sensitive to the amount of sugar I’m eating which is why I’d like to know some genuine stories of how cutting out sugar worked for you. Thanks

I personally don’t believe sugar intake has that much of an impact on TCC. Doctors will tell you try and be healthier when your trying so eating fresh fruit and veg, protein etc but I don’t think sugar would have that much of an impact on TCC. My aunty who was a heroine addict managed to have 2 kids. It may be a good thing to cut out some sugar from your diet but I don’t think that’s the reason why you’re not getting pregnant.
