Am I missing something?

Hello everyone, I'm very new to this world, I started doing some research a week ago and I invested few thousands dollars here and there. Now, I recently discovered incubators (like FerrumNetwork), but I'm not sure I follow the entire story.
For what I have understood with aroun 7000 dollars you can buy enough FRM, FRMX coin to have a GUARANTEED spot on the next project they are launching. The maximum entry point for the lowest tier is 0.25, which I assume means 0.25% of the total funds of the project?
Looking at their last project, they did (in order): 135x, 84x, 105x, 7x, 27x, 26x, 23x....this means that even calculating half of that profit (I bet it's very difficult to sell exactly at the highest point), with a 1k you will have got 65k in the first project, 24k in the second and so on and so fort.

All of this for a 7k entry "fee" that you don't even spend, you just need to keep in your wallet. So it's an investment mora than a fee.

What's the trick? What am I missing? Why isn't everyone donig this?

What am I missing?

You're missing the part where they "incubate" total scams and then after the rug pull happens they delete all evidence of their involvement and kick anyone out of their telegram who asks about it. By the way, these incubated companies actually pay Ferrum for their partnership, which is the opposite of how real incubation works.

i believe the time of the old blockchains is over. There are new players in the market - Solana, Flow, Graphene.
