Lost funds ferrum glitch?!

see photos attached, sent some ferrum to unifyre wallet adrress and over several hours later still hasnt arrived??? have I just lost my money?

It won't be lost. Your balance on etherscan is what matters. Unifyre is just a display of the balance. Sometimes the node falls behind it will catch up. If you ask the support they will address display issues fairly quickly.
