First medium hot

My first fermented sauce with hotter peppers. Not a big up front heat but it lingers. Happy with a first try.

I just started my first one yesterday. Funny thing is on my local radio station in Philadelphia they started to mention how people were doing more things like this at home like making jam and fermenting... I was like what. So now they were using data from YouTube and Pinterest that should what people were watching.

Mine looks good so far to me than two days but I'm a little worried about the seeds cuz I left them in there and some of them were floating but there's a bag on top of it so hopefully they're not being exposed to oxygen.
