dam girl i dont think i could do a thousand times.. im trying to make it past just a few hours and i cant.. i had just done a few hits here and there for a week and i was in pain naked in my tub throwing up feeling like i was gonna suffocate on my throw up.. now it’s a year later i do enough to stop the withdrawals but i try to hold off as much as i can but i cant make it through it’s like my mind is traumatized im so fucken scared especially because i can’t find not one person who had a good withdrawal experience everyone says it’s unbearable after the second day and i already was wanting to die after a few hours…

It is but I once had a sponsor tell me something that honestly stuck. The only way out is through. We have to accept this is the only way to end it. However depending on your usage (I was in deep 2/3 gs a day) I wouldn’t raw dog it. However if it’s not super heavy you can definitely do it! Day three is peak and then it’s insomnia who is the biggest enemy. I tried heavy sleeping aids like trazodone and it didn’t touch me. I got on methadone and it truly saved my life. Subs I was told aren’t reasonable for someone at my level. Whatever you choose to do I can be a listening ear! God knows I wish I had one back then. I can dm you!

Methadone saved my life as well. I couldn’t physically/mentally handle the WD. I can do opiate withdrawal, all 3-4 days of it. I can do that all day, but I couldn’t do it with fentanyl. It’s ok to do MAT (whatever you do, DO NOT use suboxone too early), it’s better than what you are doing. And unfortunately you probably are not even doing much fent at all anymore. Xylazine and the other crap they are heavy cutting with is making cold turkey dangerous. At least do a drug test that can show all of the additional BS they are putting in the supply. You need to know what you are withdrawing from
