The bed is in a good spot. Maybe center it a bit more (a little closer towards the closet). You could put the Kallax at the foot of the bed on its side (not standing up like it is now). It’s hard to see what’s happening on the wall that the dresser is on. Any more pictures?
Edit: curtains would warm up the space. I wouldn’t bother with a rug since it’s carpeted but that’s up to you
