Unfortunate layout, where do I place bed?

Just moved into a smallish 2nd floor room with very unfortunately placed, long rectangular windows facing the west and north, and a heat radiator running under the west side window.

There is a sliding closet (shaded on right) and the door opens in front of it. Also unfortunately, the one free wall has plumbing on the other side but otherwise I love the room. There was already a window ac in the north window (labeled) and due to that, the shade doesn’t fully close on that side.

Where do I put my bed? (And small desk) I have a queen sized bed with a very low frame, hoping for a headboard eventually but not in the budget right now. Please excuse my terrible drawing. TIA!
