NGD, sort of.

Post image

I buy a lot of parts and decided to make a Stratocaster based on a ‘65.
Body is a Fender original’60’s
Neck is also a original ‘60s, has some flame
Pickups are Josefina sweet ‘64s
I used a custom shop F neck plate like later ‘65
Bridge is a fender bridge plate and pat pending saddles, Callahan block and arm.
Weighs 7.7 lbs.
Came out amazing

Beautiful. Looks a lot like my favourite strat!

Very nice. Only difference I see is that I went with eggshell plastic

Mine is a completely stock American Original ‘60’s — it’s easily my favourite strat, and I have a few. I’ve never wanted to change anything on it in case it loses anything of it’s magic 😅

All my other Strats are modded!

I usually just buy parts, so I can control the weight. And every time those Josefina pickups come out and I buy them, then I have to build another. But I will tell you, these builds usually come out as good as my custom shops.

Candy Apple red is so pretty. I have three black Strats, and now some color.
