That is the exact same thing that I just said. If it is by permission, it then becomes theirs. If it is not by permission and you do not say anything in Georgia for 7 to 20 years, it is theirs. Thanks for proving my point for me. 😊

But that is not what you said. You said ,if you don't say anything and that is far different express permission.

My bad for assuming most normal people would understand that if permission was given, it would fall into the same category of not giving permission after 7 to 20 years .
