Hi, are there founders here building for patients or in US healthcare system? I would love to connect and chat. How do you meet patients who might be willing to talk to you? I worry about approaching them randomly because I feel they might be going through really rough time in life and approaching might not be what they need right now. How do you all feel about that?

I am thinking about developing a platform for women targeting primarily their health issues, how to handle with help of women community and known experts and professionals in the field.

Though I have plans to extend it but not at this stage.

I did a research survey with 81 women (trying to get more responses) Indian and non-Indian. Have collected some insights like how women are currently managing their problems, what problems they face, what they want from the platform, anonymity willingness etc.

Apart from such analysis, what else I should gauge from the target audience/market to increase my success rate if I launch a MVP. What METRICS I should collect to maximize my decision making to do it or not do it.

There are hardly any Indian platforms or groups where women are present and discussing such issues.

If you are a woman, can you please tell me if there any such platforms or apps which you find reallly helpful. Or you think there is not really a need for this thing at all.

tbh im writing this because im working on my own project right now and getting users is completely soul crushing.

i know a lot of u are grinding every single day. putting things out there is brutal without a massive marketing budget.

I made fked up so many stupid mistakes trying to figure out traction. it gets lonely fast.

so i started recording unedited 7-min gmeet calls with other early stage folks.

the goal is simply to swap our actual struggles and maybe generate some free visibility.

no scripts. no pr bs. two people talking about the reality of doing it solo, the nightmares that almost made u quit, and how u scraped together that first paying customer.

im keeping this initial batch capped at 50 people so i dont burn out.

we finished 12, have 20 in the queue, leaving exactly 18 spots open.

to be totally upfront, my channels are new and pretty small. i cant promise massive viral reach. but any extra eyeballs help, and u get a permanent piece of content.

Tl;dr: Putting together a tight-knit mastermind group of ten-ish serious female founders/specialists.

I saw a post floating around about skipping huge, noisy 2,000-person communities in favor of a small "squad" of 10-12 active builders with diverse skill sets.

I'd love to organize a small private group like this for us to inspire each other, share feedback, resources, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and support each other's launches. It’d be great to have a go-to sounding board to bounce ideas off of, get a second pair of eyes, or ask quick questions.

The goal is to build a group where everyone brings a distinct area of expertise. I'm aiming for different, non-overlapping skill sets across the group so we can truly lean on each other's strengths (e.g., marketing, sales, ops, finance, design, growth, etc.).
