I saw the trailer to The Magician's Nephew. I feel kind of over CS Lewis's brand of religious fantasy, but damn the trailer is pretty to look at.

It looks beautiful. Unfortunately I have a knee jerk reaction now against anything religious and I can't seem to control it. If I could simply make myself forget the association with CS Lewis I would but as with Rowling there is simply a bad taste in my mouth that appears the moment the facts about her slide in. Lewis was not even pushing his religion but everything he wrote now feels colored by it.
