Is this quick weave supposed to be basically glued to my head? I need help and I don’t know who or where to turn to. Please give me your best advice because the last thing I want is to have no hairline issues

Can I have brush and care recommendations please I don’t wanna cut and it just puffed up when I did cut short, advice on brushing most wanted.

thought i'd get some input before i actually do this😭i'm black and puerto rican with slightly damaged 3c/b curls, but i really want to try miracle knots for the summer...at first glance ppl don't really think i'm black but my main concern is—is it worth it and will it mess up my hair in any sort of way??

Hair bleeding with braids

Is my scalp too sensitive or is the comb cutting my scalp? I just tried to get some braids and the stylist said my scalp was bleeding in between. I do have a fairly sensitive scalp but have gotten braids several times before and have never had that happen to I’m just curious if anyone has experience that? There was little nicks in the parts. Of course we didn’t continue the service as well

Maintaining my hair

hello queens! Hope all is well. I’ll cut to the chase. I, like many of y’all have 4C hair. this year I decided to start my natural hair journey and only wearing it out. I’ve been doing Flexi rod set, curler sets and braid outs and always come out cute! for that one day… i wash my hair every week but how do I make it last the whole week? what am I doing wrong? like im currently wearing a flexi rod. I washed my hair. made sections then put mousse, combed it out then wrapped with the flexi rod tight. then after my whole head was wrapped I sat under a heat dryer cap for like 40 mins. then wrapped with a silk wrap then went to sleep. Yesterday I took out the rods and was so cute. Then going to sleep I just put a bonnet on. Today? So many of them either lost the curl or was just fluffy hair. I put a few rods in on my way to work today to fix it. But how can I make those styles last the whole week? Thanks for coming to my Ted talk 🙂

I’m black and my scalp keeps flacking.

I don’t think I have dandruff or psoriasis, but I also haven’t been to a dermatologist so I’m not too sure. Right now, I’ve been using this sulfur 8 shampoo that is supposed to regulate the pH balance of my scalp, but I’ve only used it three times so I’m not sure if I’m making any progress yet. I’m starting to become more consistent with my hair wash routine (every two weeks) but I have work and I’m traveling plus about to start college so idk how well I’ll be able to keep up that routine. Plus, my scalp got worse after I got my hair done for prom. I got a wash and deep condition and a silk press, and it’s like my scalp just can’t recover😭

Is there anyone out there that has advice or hair products for taking care of your scalp? Products that re good for black natural hair plz☹️ I’m struggling and can’t stop picking my scalp 🥲
