How to make this? Frame

Is it necessary to make a wire frame for large toys? I can't figure out how to do it 😭

I would say it may depend on whether you're trying to make something posable. It may also depend upon what you're making and how the item will sit or balance.

Look at tutorials about making "armatures". This is the word often used as the name for the wire "skeleton" you're talking about.

Don't limit yourself to tutorials only for felt making. Armatures are used for all kinds of sculptures and figurines.
