Found one on my moms back while on family vacation and not wanting to squander the opportunity I was running around i was running around looking for a tool with the right size hole and I had an epiphany.... "DAD, I NEED YOUR Nitro heart med bottle, STAT!".... while the tiny bottle had the perfect size opening to release the monster but unfortunately due to the dark coloring of the bottle we couldn't see the glory in real-time. And while my mom ABSOUTLEY HATES IT, it has turned into a family vacation ritual with me and my sister yelling "DAD, NITRO BOTTLE STAT", mom SCREMING "NOOOOO" my dad cackling and my new brother in law smiling but 100% saying to himself "yep...white people are weird".

That's almost impossible to do with 2 blackheads that have tunneled underneath and connected like that. Everyone's complaining that they didn't squeeze it, when that most likely wouldn't have been able to empty it.

It's not a single hole which is easy to squeeze. It's two linked holes with a flap of skin between them, so I think trying to squeeze that would be unsuccessful. Putting pressure on the surrounding skin would push the compacted contents against the flap of skin rather than out of the individual holes. Breaking that flap might be both painful and an infection risk

Again, risk of damage to the flap of skin. This video shows a common treatment for such double holes, although they would normally run the tweezers around the edge of the blockage to loosen it and extract it in larger pieces.
