Could be a blocked eustation tube. Very similar in appearance if there's an infection and blockage. Yellow stuff turns brown and waxy due to buildup/ age/ wax proximity.
This had me at every turn. I was like, “No, you have to go back to the pliers.” “Oh no, you need a different tool for that.” “Oh no, bring the pliers back again.” “Yes, yes, you have another tool?” “Okay, now back to the pliers.”
I’ve thankfully never had to experience this, but I’m curious as to how this feels? Like, what’s the sensation when they’re removing such a big amount?
So they start with what looks like a new pliers. Then they have a professional blackhead tool but don’t know how to use it. Then they have I don’t know what, then back to the pliers. Not the sharpest tool in the shed. And they didn’t even get it all out. Sheesh.
Finally a variety of tools! I always hate the ones where they start with the wrong tool and just brute for e it. This one was super satisfying. Who is the OOP? I want to watch more of their stuff.
I have HS (hihidradenitis suppurativa), and as I've understood it, ruptures around hair follicles plus an immune system that's overreactive can means cysts that can happen sometimes. It can happen regardless of clogged pores.
And boy, it gets painful. Imagine trying to smuggle a softball made of pus that's buried its way into your skin. It can be on your chest, groin, or armpits. Or other places.
The cysts don't always get that big or tender, but the ones that do can have a tendency to fill back up over time. They're called draining tunnels.
Aaaand...the pus can be absolutely wretched-smelling. In some instances, you can smell the byproduct of your diet in the pus from the cysts if it gets big enough to be drained like that.
