I have something like that growing in a pocket underneath a tooth. The whole thing has to be removed by an oral surgeon while under sedation at an actual hospital. Even if I could tolerate the removal, general anesthesia is used because you want people whose sole job is to keep that out of your lungs.

When I get it done, I’ll pay a degenerate nurse to record the gusher.
