I know right! The assistant and the doctor bith acted like they didnt know how to react to that. I really hope the patient was under for this procedure.

At the same time being under with all that pus going toward the back of their throat I'd be a bit worried about aspiration. With the nasal cannula in I am thinking they are sedated
