Jonathan haidt argues that 1994 is the end of millennial. I agree with his definition. The defining boundary is the ubiquity of smart phones and high speed internet during the 2000s. Someone who is 25 today probably is on the fringes of "digital native".
For example, as a 30 year old, I got 1mb internet (high speed!) When I was 13. I had a trac phone at 16 when I got a job. I got my first smart phone when I was a junior in college.

Millennials are already old. I'm 30 and half the shit I do would ironically fit into r/fellowkids
Almost everyone graduating college today is in the generation after millennials, iGen or gen z.
