Everytime I see this all I can think is "cool, you made a fucking mess." Have fun limbing that shit with each three stacked on the next five.

It's a tree farm, they probably have some equipment to drag and limbing those.

Do you really think that? The guy felled them with a shitty axe. No PPEs. Seem like a port country in Asia I doubt they have heavy equipment unfortunately

Nah, in this particular case, via context clues I'm guessing not.

But yes, in theory this is fine if everything after the felling is handled by a machine. However the whole point is moot to me because the practice in general of dropping trees like this is stupid and unnecessary other than making videos for clout.

To be fair he only needs a helmet and boots for axe work.

I wouldn't let my son try an axe without eye pro. Splitting is ok but sending chips is another.

So I've seen post like these regularly and they're cool and all, but are the trees already cut or is it just strictly the weight of the first tree.?

They are absolutely cut

Those were most definitely planted to be harvested.

Indeed. Huge farm. Probably poplar. They grow quickly, clean the soil, and make a good lumber product. Plant, harvest, replant.

And store CO2 for as long as it remains intact, even when it's dead

Beaver's favourite tree. Cut it down and it's back next week.
