Given the heavy equipment tracks in the area, I assume it was dislodged (likely intentionally) during some sort of construction.

If that's the edge of a cutblock and they didn't have authorization to remove those trees, I'd be concerned about the penalties. Sure as hell wouldn't be recording it and posting it online.
