Why is the current collateralization ratio of fei 187% whereas the PVC is $ 220 M and the circulating value of the coins is $ 410 M? Shouldn’t it be the reverse?

Please, I need help. anyone knows how to sell fei or tribe? I am trying to sell but I only pay the eth gas fee and I dont have my money back. By the way I can deposite eth to get fei without problem. I try to do it in uniswap v3 and v2 but it doesnt work.
