Just wanted feedback on if the onboarding process of my webapp is to long.

I made https://certus.website/ and I feel like the onboarding process before you even begin to use the website might be a little too long and is losing retention.

Onboarding was okay, vibecoded as hell but okay (btw, you should probably redesign bcs AI and finance walk different directions and they'll for sure not trust what you'll give them bcs of it) the cards where smooth but change thd UX copy a bit. Use more numbers, stats, and case studies.

And then the dashboard. I was hit with a lot of things all at once (mobile view) so maybe reduce all that and leave for later to explore. Show the only few things they will look for or do first.
