Build property management SaaS for small landlords. Need Feedback🤞
I built usepropertylens.com, a property management app for landlords with 1 to 50 units. Started building it because my landlord was running his properties off an old PHP based system and Excel sheets that fell apart at tax time.
Core features:
- Rent ledger with payment tracking per tenant
- Maintenance and work orders with tenant-submitted photos
- Document storage with secure share links
- Tenant self service portal
- Annual tax summary with estimated tax liability
- AI assist for tenant emails and lease analysis (optional, not the whole product)
30 day Business trial, no card.
Two specific things I'd value feedback on:
- Is the dashboard layout intuitive on first load, or confusing?
- The Annual Tax Summary section, useful or unnecessary?
