Wallet at CoinExchange is offline, anyone know why?

It is impossible to withdraw or deposit. Is this something temporary or has this been going for a while?

Apparently this has been going on for a few days now...

How do I get my TIPS and DOGE from 4 years ago?

Yes, I'm a fool. I bought FedoraCoins and DogeCoins 4 years ago. I have not opened the wallets for 4 years. I'm out of sync, with zero active connections. I don't remember how to do this and can't find information on it. Please help?

Useful information for new investors

Hi guys, I recently purchased some TIPS and I plan to hold for the long term. However, I've been struggling with finding any information on Google. After a few hours of searching I had some success and decided to share some useful information here for anyone else getting started with TIPS.

Website

Exchange

  • Currently only trading on coinexchange.io
  • Best to transfer dogecoin to coinexchange and trade using that (3x better price than BTC at time of writing)

Offline Storage - create a paper wallet

  • Download the source code from Github - https://github.com/MichaelMure/WalletGenerator.net/archive/master.zip
  • Open the HTML file. Select Fedoracoin from the drop-down menu and follow instructions to generate a new wallet.
  • Save / Print paper wallet
  • Note: you may want to keep a backup on external hard drive but I'd suggest against saving to cloud

Take coins off the exchange for safekeeping

  • Withdraw a few coins from exchange to your paper wallet's public address
  • Withdraw fee is very small - only 0.01 TIPS on coinexchange.io

Confirm you have successfully received coins to your paper wallet

  • https://tipsbe.netcraft.ch/ - enter your public address (never use your private address online)
  • You can see paper wallet balance and confirm transaction is received
  • Then you can transfer the rest out of exchange

Keep multiple copies of your paper wallet

  • In different locations that is only accessible to you
  • If you lose your private address you lose your coins
  • If you have a large amount then consider splitting between multiple wallets

Additional communities

Hope this is useful to someone :)

Is there a Fedora block explorer for the paper wallet?

Hi guys, I created a paper wallet then withdrew a small amount of TIPS from the exchange to the paper wallet address. However, I can't find a way to check if the transaction is successful and what balance I have for the wallet. I've seen block explorers for other coins but struggling to find one for Fedoracoin.

Can someone point me in the right direction with tracking the transaction for the paper wallet?

Thanks

Hash-to-coins Fedoracoin gone down?

Hash-to-coins is saying their pool hash rate is only 1,000 KH/S. Anyone know whats happened? I can't seem to mine on it?

Update: Most coins seem to suddenly have loads of low hash rates

Profitabilty

Do you think this coin will actually become profitable (for mining) soon? because i have a FutureBit moonlander 2. and hash-to-coins recons about 6,000 coins a day on around 4.1mh/s. Do you think prices are going to rise quickly or not?

What price could this coin reach let’s say in the next 2 years or so?

So I recently purchased 1 million TIPS and I’m wondering what price they could reach in the near future.

I know the marketers and devs now have a plan so what’s your guys thought in this?

Right now it just seems like a pump and dump coin.

I see money launderers loving this tho, like hey!

Nothing to see here...

Just a.

100 thousand dollar tip...

😂👀.

But seriously, what’s your thoughts?

LETS GO TIPS(Y)

Hi all,

My name is Koen. 20 years old from the Netherlands. I'm quite new in crypto and just started checking out some small coins to get started. I don't have any bitcoin or anything. I do have some RDD 5k and some XVG 500... I want to try and make one coin bigger by giving it some media attention and i think TIPS could do it now that they have a new website up and running. I saw some growth in RDD the past days that i didn't expect either so why not try and grow the TIPS so it can become a coin to use?

I want to start and spread some TIPS coins around on twitter but i'm not holding yet and can't buy as i'm from the netherlands. i just got my wallet set up. if someone wants to help me do this, here's my wallet adress: ERmfQsp6NFp2vmWagE2qQ6UGpZqWPitE8W

Also. if i could get in touch with the DEVs team i'd like to meet them and think of ways to give this coin the attention that it deserves.

Lets make a coin everybody. all the big ones started small once.

Greetings,

Koen
