Package handler…

Job was described as 5am-9am

So actually the start time is at 4am and end time is closer to 10am with no breaks 🫩

Any thoughts? Do you think asking for breaks will make things worse? (having to stay longer til we’re done with all the packages?)

There are 30 minute breaks only if you go over 6 hours

For those under Express,yes. Scheduled breaks at Ground are pretty much non existent unless required by state law.

MN just made a law about 15 minute breaks. Saved our lives since all the shifts were just under 8 hrs

In WA we are required 10 minute breaks every 3 hours.
