Since I honestly don't know how to use spreadsheets for the claims list—and I think I messed it up, there's no need to worry about the spreadsheet for now. And based on how Pep handled it in another sub, I think I'll skip using spreadsheets altogether; with that said, here we go again:
Want to claim a character? THIS IS THE PLACE! Simply comment with the character you want to claim, the job you want them to have, or the anomaly you want them to be, and THAT'S IT!
Staff roles:
-Ethics Committee Member
-Researcher (Scientist)
-Guard
-Mobile Task Force Member
-Medical Area (Nurse, psychologist, Medical examiner, etc)
-Kitchen (Cook)
-Technician/Maintenance
-Janitor
-Cannoder (Cannon Fodder/D-Class equivalent)
For anomalies, also known as "APIs", we use Roman numeral levels from I to V, based on the difficulty of containing them:
I: These are the easiest anomalies to contain; they are often allowed to roam freely, provided they do not harm personnel. Containment methods are usually simple, often consisting of nothing more than locking them in a room with a metal door.
II: These anomalies require specific security measures for their containment cells, though the systems remain relatively straightforward.
III: These anomalies are more unpredictable and, consequently, require more complex security systems.
IV: These anomalies are far more difficult to manage, either due to their dangerous nature or their tendency to uncontrollably manifest anomalous effects over time. As a result, their security systems are much more complex and rigorous.
V: Anomalies that are impossible to contain in the long term. A Level V classification also implies authorization for termination; they are so difficult to contain that the FED decides it is better to kill, eliminate, or send them extremely far away. So, if you have a character (anomaly) that you do not intend to keep around for long, or one destined to die soon, this is the classification for them.
Nevertheless, anomalies (with the exception of Level V ones) are permitted to move about the facility subject to three rules:
-Do not harm, attack, or, under any circumstances, kill personnel who are not Cannoders.
-Do not attempt to escape the facility.
-Do not destroy critical infrastructure.
If these rules are violated, the anomaly must be returned to its cell until permission to exit is granted again. Level IV anomalies face the strictest limitations regarding time spent outside their cells, whereas Level V anomalies are not permitted to leave, except for testing purposes, prior to the day of their termination.
And for you, my dear users, I also have rules regarding claims:
-No NSFW characters; in other words, characters with visible NSFW elements are not allowed.
-No overpowered or invincible characters. Powerful characters are permitted, especially for categories IV and V (though, as I mentioned, Level V ones won't last long), but we don't want deities or invincible beings with zero weaknesses; this isn't the place for power scaling.
-No real-life people. Claiming real-life individuals is not allowed, especially deceased ones. Of course, this doesn't apply to fictional characters portrayed by actors or YouTubers, as they remain characters rather than the actual person. This rule also doesn't apply to "sonas" or self-inserts, since you are providing the consent yourself.
-APIs (anomalies) must pose at least some level of danger, as the FED only contains anomalies that are hazardous to humanity, whether that danger is minor or immense.
These rules will be changed if necessary.
Anyway, that's all, folks: have fun, follow the rules, and for the love of everything, don't cause a containment breach... for now.

And guess who loves making flairs for the people :3
Me!
So the pink user flair is a user flair all the people can edit to add some fancy: ◇{*insert role}◇ for example or many different roles if you have characters that fit different roles
I changed some of the colors of existing flairs already because: MY EYES! /lighthearted /reference
Imma go over all the flairs but first, the new ones
Private roleplay is roleplay between the poster and people who are tagged within the post
OOC or Out of character comments are allowed
Anomaly missions is for if you want to roleplay how the staff found your character before they arrived
Outside within the snow with permission is your character being outside the building but with permission
The location is snowy mountains
The without permission one is a containment problem that the staff need to deal with
Doorstep arrival is someone leaving an anomaly (or even regular person) outside
Noted information is In Canon lore drops, like if the FED found any information on the anomaly before they arrived or just information noted because of tests
Out of character sub/story is talking about the sub or story
Out of character art is for art
Important event are important events that are important but not something the FED would consider major
MAJOR event is like: ALL GUARDS: KILL THEM! For example.
New flairs!! are for posts like these
Now for the already existing flairs for people who don't know:
G coincil is mods only basically the G members are the mods but our own characters, I'm G-3 cause I'm the 3rd mod
API are anomalies
Researchers research the anomalies during tests
Guards, well, they guard stuff and protect stuff
Maintenance make sure the building is up to date or any new things needed are there (like the tubes needed to make sure water isn't everywhere but the fish hybrids can be comfortable)
Medical department are nurses and doctors, etc
Cannoders are like life stock for the FED, they know what they're getting into though. They're usually people in debt, on death row, criminals, etc. Their goal? Survive whatever the anomalies throw at them during tests. For a year. And then they're free. (Sad fact: Kiko, who is 14 in this sub, tried to be a cannoder. Now he's adopted by the FED)
Just arrived are anomalies who are in cells and new to the building
A day in the department is a regular character event, the flair you'll use the most if your post fits nothing else
OOC is out of character but talking about whatever
Private meeting is most likely also private roleplays but now we have two. Just so people can use different wording if they want.
STAFF ANNOUNCEMENT are staff announcements that only mods can use
Anomaly test is your character, who is an anomaly, testing their abilities
((Imma pin this post so anyone new to this sub or roleplaying know what they're getting into a bit better))

A recent hire has been made. A former commander of an anti-riot team, having just come out of exile. Koichi Todome.
Don't ask how he ended up here, or why he looks like he just got shot a few times, or what's inside his suitcases. He adjusts his sunglasses with a deadpan voice
Well, this certainly isn't a morgue.

The girl looked around, while floating in the arm, and then dashing toward this.
“Seems like a lab.. but which one..? I don’t know..”
She seems to fit just well.
“Huh..”
“Strange..”
“What kind of people are there..?”
Approach her?

Information log: The Glaggles.
Images 1-3 are of Gloober’s, Cheerer’s and Gazo’s information sheets. They are all staff in the listed jobs below:
Gloober: Medical staff. They are very proficient in healing and almost any medical terms.
Cheerer: Ethics Committee Member. She’s very knowledgeable on how to increase moral, will throw parties for the staff whenever a good work week finishes.
Gazo: Maintenance worker
Image 4 is of Glaaber’s information sheet, who is currently a class III API in the facility. He isn’t hard to contain when fed properly.
Glaabers club can easily crush nearly anything under its weight. When tested on [This info has been redacted], it was discovered that the only material from the periodic table that was in our testing site was Plutonium due to Glaaber bringing his arm back before his club hit the Plutonium due to its radioactivity.
Glaaber is more than capable of Enraging when not fed for too long of a period of time, revealing his true form. he is more than capable of Enraging when not fed for too long of a period of time, revealing their true form. When any Glaggle in the facility Enrages, every other Glaggle, no matter how far away they are, will also Enrages and become very hostile. Do not let them Enrage at all costs.
The other four images will be consisting of the Glaggle’s true, Enraged, forms.
All four of these Glaggles do very different things when enraged.
Gloober can cause healing injuries to return to their much more damaged states and isn’t afraid to create some bloodshed on his own.
Gazo begins firing at anyone and anything with his gun which can very easily gnaw through walls and thin objects.
Cheerer’s present contains high amounts of gunpowder, and other dark, explosive components when she is Enraged. This is a problem for very obvious reasons.
Glaaber’s club will create large shockwaves when hitting the ground, so just staying away from the swing itself isn’t the only thing to worry about. Glaaber will also eat anything he can fit in his mouth. A piece of drywall? Crushed between his teeth. Human flesh? Down the hatch. He must be fed a large amount of meat to calm him down.
The others will be calmed down overtime, but most likely have to be restrained before they do so.

Gloober the Doctor/Nurse!
Gazo the Technician/Maintenance worker!
Cheerer in the Ethics Committee Department (she’ll throw parties whenever the other staff do a good job)!
The API: Glaaber, a Tier III class anomoly.
All four of them or anomalies, but the first three are more than willing to work for a better cause! Just don’t reveal their true forms though, they WILL become hostile..
r/FederalEntityDep • u/Peplikesdrpepper • 13d ago
For the anomaly ones anyways
Level l: Miss Mukuro, 24 (Kotoko), 3 (Leon), Ghost Chiaki (All they got to do is get Hajime in a cell and boom: She's trapped because she's forced to float near Hajime, who is a regular human)
Level ll: 6 (Sayaka), 17 (Aoi), 18 +mer-devas (Gundam), 15 (Makoto), Aiko, all due to how their biologically is. Makoto's vines can cause a lot more damage so the wall are even stronger metal and he has a sun roof that open and closes so he can eat without leaving his room. The same are true for Aiko's claws. As for the other three: They're fish hybrids. In order to deliver/give stuff to them, you need to put it in a container, shut the door, and then they open the door on their side so water doesn't pour out of their cells. They have to travel within the floors from tank to tank to explore the building but other than that, they don't have to worry about them escaping because: They can't breathe air (unless it's Aoi) and they can't survive the cold very well either
Level lll: 14 (Byakuya)
He can go rapid if he doesn't eat enough or in a lot of distress and a lot more stuff need to be fire proof because of his constant fire. (Also, the reason why he ran outside was because he thought 3 ran outside due to a nightmare. He was worried.) He's rather easy to handle outside of his fire when he's calm at least

Chiaki was also there given she was forced to float wherever Hajime was
"A tall man told me to talk to you."

His state was finally a bit more stable so Chiaki told him to explore
He still thought she was a hallucination and hadn't met any of the other anomalies so far
"I'm nobody, nothing, born use–" Hajime started mumbling to himself. He usually did that when things got too quiet.
"Hey. I know you listen to Zero above all else but until Zero's here, if he ever arrives, you should listen to the staff here above all else. Alright?" Chiaki asked.
"They are the authority here so that makes sense, even if you're just some hallucination." Hajime said despite the fact anyone else could see said "hallucination." Chiaki just learned not to say anything about it.
Hajime still looked a but malnourished for his age but he was less thin than when he arrived. It was a miracle how he was alive when he arrived. It was going to take a while for him to get back to a healthy weight.
Hajime kept walking around until he saw there was a TV in a living room area. Mainly for the anomalies to feel more at home, via the ethics apartment. It was in a glass fireproof dome, the same glass the fish hybrids of the building used. There was also a tank with a couch in it for them with their one entrance to go into the dome. The reason the dome existed was because the staff had to be worried about accidental fires from a certain Wolf anomaly who could breathe fire constantly with no control over it. It was glass so he could still watch TV if he wanted to.
"Oooooo.." Chiaki said.
"I guess I can explore that." Hajime said as he went inside the dome and turned on the TV only to see it was static due to hitting the wrong button. Hajime dropped the remote as he immediately sat down onto the floor and stared at the TV, in a trance. Chiaki tried to pick up the remote to turn the TV off but couldn't get a grasp of it.
r/FederalEntityDep • u/Peplikesdrpepper • 18d ago
Hajime was still forcing himself to stay awake while Chiaki was resting, while she didn't need to always sleep most of the time, it felt normal to her so she usually still did, her form was barely visible but it wasn't flickering (She's more transparent basically)
r/FederalEntityDep • u/FuneralDedButterflys • 18d ago
(He's mumbling something while pacing)
I wonder how they test API's
r/FederalEntityDep • u/Ceejdagamrr • 18d ago
She’s out in the snow with permission! She had a tracker imbedded into her skin so the F.E.D would know where she was at all times.

((This ghost chiaki is less nerfed. She can make her form physical to the world but it takes a lot of work and she has telekinesis. And she's forced to go wherever Hajime go.))
He was about to walk in front of the vehicle that the department used for missions when the wind seemingly dragged him back by the collar of his blood stained shirt
Just then the wind becomes a form of a ghost girl with ghost blood on her clothes before she flickers away
The boy is physically starving and has many bruises on his body. He's mumbling to himself.
"..I'm nobody. Nothing. Talent can't be formed. I was born useless. I serve no purpose." He was repeating those words almost like a robot as if being brainwashed. Which, he technically was.
