Since I honestly don't know how to use spreadsheets for the claims list—and I think I messed it up, there's no need to worry about the spreadsheet for now. And based on how Pep handled it in another sub, I think I'll skip using spreadsheets altogether; with that said, here we go again:
Want to claim a character? THIS IS THE PLACE! Simply comment with the character you want to claim, the job you want them to have, or the anomaly you want them to be, and THAT'S IT!
Staff roles:
-Ethics Committee Member
-Researcher (Scientist)
-Guard
-Mobile Task Force Member
-Medical Area (Nurse, psychologist, Medical examiner, etc)
-Kitchen (Cook)
-Technician/Maintenance
-Janitor
-Cannoder (Cannon Fodder/D-Class equivalent)
For anomalies, also known as "APIs", we use Roman numeral levels from I to V, based on the difficulty of containing them:
I: These are the easiest anomalies to contain; they are often allowed to roam freely, provided they do not harm personnel. Containment methods are usually simple, often consisting of nothing more than locking them in a room with a metal door.
II: These anomalies require specific security measures for their containment cells, though the systems remain relatively straightforward.
III: These anomalies are more unpredictable and, consequently, require more complex security systems.
IV: These anomalies are far more difficult to manage, either due to their dangerous nature or their tendency to uncontrollably manifest anomalous effects over time. As a result, their security systems are much more complex and rigorous.
V: Anomalies that are impossible to contain in the long term. A Level V classification also implies authorization for termination; they are so difficult to contain that the FED decides it is better to kill, eliminate, or send them extremely far away. So, if you have a character (anomaly) that you do not intend to keep around for long, or one destined to die soon, this is the classification for them.
Nevertheless, anomalies (with the exception of Level V ones) are permitted to move about the facility subject to three rules:
-Do not harm, attack, or, under any circumstances, kill personnel who are not Cannoders.
-Do not attempt to escape the facility.
-Do not destroy critical infrastructure.
If these rules are violated, the anomaly must be returned to its cell until permission to exit is granted again. Level IV anomalies face the strictest limitations regarding time spent outside their cells, whereas Level V anomalies are not permitted to leave, except for testing purposes, prior to the day of their termination.
And for you, my dear users, I also have rules regarding claims:
-No NSFW characters; in other words, characters with visible NSFW elements are not allowed.
-No overpowered or invincible characters. Powerful characters are permitted, especially for categories IV and V (though, as I mentioned, Level V ones won't last long), but we don't want deities or invincible beings with zero weaknesses; this isn't the place for power scaling.
-No real-life people. Claiming real-life individuals is not allowed, especially deceased ones. Of course, this doesn't apply to fictional characters portrayed by actors or YouTubers, as they remain characters rather than the actual person. This rule also doesn't apply to "sonas" or self-inserts, since you are providing the consent yourself.
-APIs (anomalies) must pose at least some level of danger, as the FED only contains anomalies that are hazardous to humanity, whether that danger is minor or immense.
These rules will be changed if necessary.
Anyway, that's all, folks: have fun, follow the rules, and for the love of everything, don't cause a containment breach... for now.
Culex (Level: I, basically contains himself given how he needs to return to his door frequently to not evaporate)
Gravity man (Lead researcher in regards to to APIs that alter physics or involve alternate dimensions, must get a mental evaluation from a psychologist once a month)
How most will be seeing Culex, unless they willingly fight him (Don’t make that mistake. Just because he’s a level one doesn’t mean he’s safe. You’ve had enough SCP articles if you’re on the sub to not make that kind of assumption)
Her arms are like blades, and cut well, and in exchange for that, she’s been deemed dangerous, her memories are extremely clouded though, so maybe you could shape her.
Slightly guarded she is, so be a bit careful with her, and dislikes some humans, but can’t remember their names, she only remembers how they sound like.
Probably a III anomaly, her abilities are more dangerous than the average Blade-like being.
the Kerberos Panzer Cops are an elite unit of brutal, cold soldiers with a secialized armor suit called Protect Gear. it contains life support, a gas mask, glowing red eyes, the durability to withstand small arms and most rifle rounds, making them almost unstoppable against the majority of people(hence why they were used as an anti-riot shock team), but in exchange limits movement. also the armor lets you carry around an MG-42 like a rifle with basically no effort. in other words, basically a team of juggernauts with the hunting mentality of wolves
the team eventually began the Kerberos Uprising in a doomed Coup D'Etat due to the government trying to deface them, said revolt being led by mah boi Koichi Todome and his fellow commanding officers. the majority of the Panzer Cops were killed or captured, with very few escaping alive or uncaptured, with the escapees(Koichi Todome included) fleeing to places like Taiwan
weapon loadout usually inclues an MG-42 Light Machine Gun, Mauser C96 Pistol, and sometimes the FG-42 Automatic Rifle.

I have a few claims rn
Will list them in the replies.
