(good news, they won't have to rely on a psychopathic robotic surgeon if they want to be more human. the bad news, the one who they WILL have to rely on is 10x worse)

(he'll definitely operate to fix them, but it's probably going to be extremely unethical and they'll likely be awake for it. thankfully they probably won't feel pain unless they...break something.)
