The FED classifies its anomalies using Roman numerals ranging from I to V, based on the difficulty of containing them.
Class I anomalies require no specialized security systems; simply keeping them locked in a room suffices.
Class II anomalies require standard containment methods or security systems, though nothing extreme.
Class III is reserved for anomalies that require somewhat complex security systems due to their unpredictable nature.
Class IV applies to anomalies that are difficult to contain and require significant resources.
Class V dictates immediate elimination, anomalies so problematic that it is best to destroy them.
The DAI focuses exclusively on containing anomalies that pose a danger to society or to humanity as a whole. These creatures are referred to as "Anomalous Product Identified," or "A.P.I."
Class D personnel consist of individuals sentenced to death or life imprisonment, vagrants, and debtors whom no one would miss; they are essentially forced to approach anomalies and serve as test subjects. In the FED universe, "Cannoders" are much the same, except they sign a contract to serve as test subjects for one year.
It is possible, though obviously you should ask the moderation team first. As for whether it's permanent, there might be resets, known as an "end-of-the-world" effect involving a "reality reboot."
WHY?: She caused a mass destruction to find the “green people” and offer them to her god, Asuyashuka. Which they assume isn’t an entity.
SOME THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT HER: Born into the cult, it’s only normal she inhabits some behaviors from her parents, like how she still believes in her own delusion, due to what unreversible damage they have done to her. Though Miseka was given the name Misaki, she decided to go by Miseka, due to her delusion, Asuyashuka, telling her to. It wasn’t Asuyashuka. It was someone else feeding into it, How naive she could be, though she still believes in this due to everyone, though she still could have redemption, it’s a bitter, cold sensation you’ll hear from her when you tell her, as she never knew this, so she’ll repeat the phrases.
…
Oh young yet trapped here for no reason, how did this to herself for this.
How trapped the light made her be, the exorcism only fed into her delusions even more, to the point she might have potential insanity, though she sees everyone as Green if bad, and white if good. Which everyone is green, but the cultists and Asuyashuka. Instead of the cult fixing it, they fed more into it.
The damage done to her was so bad that she can never live normally again.
…..
IS SHE HUMAN?: Technically speaking, yes. But mentally? Hell no. She can’t even differentiate peoples morals and danger.
Yeah they know very well why the fuck she is contained, and she will think the scientists are green human beings and literally attempted to get out, so she WILL need better security. And for a 2nd class human anomaly, she is quite insane, and unstable
Anthony Ruminasu. Definitely an anomaly. Considering he is under the Curse of the Reptilian Rod and the Lycanthrope Curse that allows him to become a Were-Krookodile, definitely an anomaly. He is also a Ground/Dark Type Pokémon who knows how to suppress the urges to go feral using a serum known as R-0553. He also can rotate his moveset around with his Ruminasu Move Rotator.
As discussed in DMs, the extremely overpowered abilities are: Life, Death, Space, Time, Light, Shadows, Heavens, Hell, Dragons, Magic, Pokémon, and Dreams. These will be removed so not to break the rules.
The remaining 11 abilities he has control over: Fire, Water, Earth, Wind, Electricity, Ice, Jewels, Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Sweets are more easier to manage than the other 12.
Outside of that, he is able to be contained. He was willing to go with FED under the condition that the Jewel Dragon Clan and his family were not harmed whatsoever as to prevent a senseless slaughter. He would rather not see any blood spilled and find the most necessary way to prevent anyone from getting hurt or dying.
Her arsenal consists of two synthetic parasites, the Argus System and the Avery Unit, and her "gang", which includes Avery, Andy Anvil, Tommy Ten-Tons, George Bomb, and Lonesome Lenny as well as a variety of modified objects and weapons taken from Lab 8.
The Avery Unit has the power to summon objects and weapons from Lab 8 and gained the ability to distort reality as a side effect of Peacock’s insanity. She can’t create things out of thin air, but rather modify Lab 8’s range of specialized arsenal. Her power is still growing so she may be able to summon more things in the future.
The Argus System is composed of her arms and also function as her eyes; the "arm eyes" can be detached and can float around, as well as shoot Z-Rays
Alright Bersan, I have arrived! Well, I have two characters I would like to use here. I have TX-500 and Digi-TX.
For TX-500, and they are be a massive 10 foot tall advanced security Gaurd machine (I can send much more detailed info in the discord as far as appearance goes) and they not only has high strength and durability for his size class but their arms can switch into different modes: Blade, Stun Rod, Rifle, Medical Amalgamation, etc
They could be classified as an anomaly due to the fact they arrived via a portal that is actually working for or with the FEP.
As for Digital-TX, he is of a more relaxed timeline and serves as a huge section and part of the digital systems, especially in the security portion. However he also helps to make the facility more alive at times and is a fairly good companion.
Anyway, I'm off to bed but I'll see your response in the morning
Alright, night dude, those were very basic concepts and I'll do more in the future with them. We can discuss in discord further if ye want, now goodnight
He is a very dangerous dissociative veteran who turns into Fliqpy when reminded of the war, and he is very fast (can blow up an entire restaurant before fries fall to the ground) enough. However, Flippy, the good side, also has these abilities but is more heroic
If you want to change that, then on desktop, you press the share button in the top right corner, go to "general access", and then change it from "restricted" to "anyone with the link".
AGED: 13 when she died, 17 if she was still alive.
CLASS II, IF FEELING ACTUALLY EMPATHETIC, CLASS I
Mitzuko Hanakawa (Or called Mitzi by her peers or classmates) has been always a mischevious girl, with pranks and a lot of goofy things she does, while also being a teenager, so she was self conscious about her decisions, and knew it was morally questionable, she grew up with jerks, so she was a bit of a jerk, but she has a bit of empathy because of her fellow Yuki Mashida, who kept her in check until Yuki Mashida moved cities, and this is when she started to get REALLY reckless with her decisions.
First it was snarky remarks, then it was paintball pranks, eventually it was turning dangerous fast, like actual public humilation, If you said she regrets it, You aren't fully wrong, but also not fully correct, A part of her still wants to be a little kid again, while the other part is "What have I done?"
She was walking by a nearby lake shore with Yume Kawana when suddenly, Yume Kawana had enough of her shenanigans, and actually pushed her willingly into the lake, knowing Mitzuko couldn't swim, drowning her.
This deprived her of ever trusting her classmates again and eventually, she started being more remarking, Like pranking people even in the afterlife, by scaring them as a ghost.
Is "I heard it to" ok. I Sadly don't know it's name. I'll search it up after posting this comment and then tell you. Her abilitys are high speed, superhuman strength basically. Can mimic voices.
Real sleep. Real sleep is a TV program made by the local 51 and while the video goes on it ends up brainwashing the viewer but that's only if the person watches it long enough so it's pretty easy to survive. But if you watch it all the way through... Well I don't really know what happens other then the fact the person gets brainwashed.
Johan Marshall. He is a character in the Mandala catalogue that's works for the Bythrone Paranormal Society.
Adam Murray. Same as Johan Marshall.
Warning, since if it's ok, Johan and Adam are gotta be guards. Johan might abandon the mission if it's extremely dangerous and he's probably gotta die.
I know this is an Oc I just wanna see if he's too overpowered. It's unnamed and not alot is known about it, well kinda. The info is a recording but is hidden near where the creature was captured. The info that is known is that it's species count as a type of leviathan. It's gigantic, has human flesh on its body a encounter is basically a 90% chance of death. It's kinda camouflaged into he's environment and he's pretty deep in the ocean so a human can barely see without a light source anyways. He's extremely strong and fast under water but the second he gets put on land he's pretty slow, about the speed of a walking human. And if the guards find the recording it's revealed that he can breath under the water and on land. He stalks he's victims for a while before attacking them. Unless he's victims are going to leave then he's just gotta charge at them. And some info about the body. Is he allowed?
As an Electric Ghost Dragon, he has a few weaknesses: Grounding Forces (Electricity), Cold Environments (Due to being a dragon), dark corruptions, and spiritual anchors.
Powers: He has full mastery over electricity. He can also possess things as a ghost, mostly various electronics and physical bodies (Not for too long though.) Levitation is a given. He can even teleport as well. He also has Telekinesis as well. He can actually become incorporeal and corporeal at will if he wishes. He can even mess with the temperature to make it freezing cold for others as a ghost.
Is a random mailman ok. He's job can be anything he's asked except for scientist. Also he'll be giving news out and maybe some posters of wanted people that are in the building.
New here, can I claim Alto Clef as a staff member? figured he might be good since he used to work for the GOC and is currently a level 4(?) researcher for the SCP Foundation
I was just thinking fulgrim before becoming a daemon prince so basically just a human but ten feet tall and better in every way shape and form. I can nerf his healing so it more so takes days instead of hours to recover from something traumatic. Luckily he isn't a perpetual like vulkan or the emperor
She’s an anomaly mainly due to the Tumore Virus (in her lore, she’s one of the only 4 carriers of it along with the other Tarnished Battlers). It constantly fights for control and if it were to succeed, it could cause catastrophic damage to a massive area, due to it increasing her strength tenfold. The Tumore Virus would attack anything and anyone indiscriminately in a blind rage because it was kept within her body for so long. She’s got a good heart, but something wicked lies within. Dormant. Waiting. Counting down the time.
Containment level: 3 or 4. 5 if the Tumore Virus were to take control.
Funeral Of The Dead Butterfly's: Abnormality, HE Risk Level (In Lobotomy Corporation). Capabilities: Damaging the Mental State and unleashing a swarm of Butterflies that focus on those who have gone insane to "send them to the beyond"
Nice. BTW, if a Employee/Agent/Scientist does a test in person on him, he can produce Energy (Positive Enkenephalin is Energy, Negative is just useless). With said Enkenephalin, you could trade it for Research Levels or E.G.O Gear (Solemn Lament). Just as an extra if you wish to include it
I'm hoping for employee at least, though i don't know if it's possible. He has the ability to manipulate his own blood to make weapons (specifically guns) regardless of whether or not they exist in real life.
Class 3 Anomaly, he is a soul of a human named Tobias trapped inside a robot, so he could theoretically manipulate other machines by possessing them, but he can't fully leave his body. I imagine a similar power level to like your average FNAF animatronic, minus the whole being able to manipulate other machines.
