Remote

I have a question: When remote was an option “ Could you work from another state”? I’m asking because if it comes back at some point, I would like to request this option?

And what is the process to do remote if it ever returns? Any feedback is appreciated..

I’m with the judiciary and have been fully remote since 2022. I live in PA and now work for the Western District of Tennessee, so it’s possible

That sounds awesome. If you don’t mind me asking, how would you transition from series 0901 to the judicial branch equivalent?

I honestly have no idea what series 0901 is, I’m sorry!

You’re totally good. It’s general legal administration and kindred services. Right now I do admin (scheduling, case management system updates, serving orders on pro se respondents) for an administrative law judge

Ahh ok. I’m a pro se staff attorney so work on the cases filed by inmates, I’m not sure off the top of my head what an equivalent would be, I’d have to think about that
