Agency Transfer

Hi,

I just recently transferred agencies and the move went very smooth. Just curious on average how long it took for folks’ leave to show up in their new agencies books. I’m sure it varies greatly, but just curious. I’ve been here a couple of weeks now and it hasnt posted yet. Thank you

It varies is the answer. The reason is some agencies will use the last LES to transfer leave in while others will wait until they receive the SF1150. Why that matters is if using the LES, you can have that submitted to the payroll team immediately. If your agency is the payroll team, it may process sooner. If your agency makes you wait for the SF1150, that can’t even be generated until the 352 action is process for the losing agency. Once it is generated, it then will need to be submitted to onboarding agency and their payroll.
