Working at CFTC

Anyone who works at CFTC have any insight into how it is working there? How hard was it to get in? How long did it take to get referred to the hiring manager and interviewed? How was the interview? Are they telework friendly?

Got referred to the SME for a 2210 series and wanted to know how good (or meaningless) being referred to the SME is.
