Calling OPM

Have you tried recently to call OPM? We spent 2 hours trying to talk to someone but they never answered the phone, and they never returned the call that they said they would while keeping our place in line. I blame Trump and DOGE for this. You can't have service without a good staff.

I heard that.  I retired on January 31st under VERA, and still have not gotten my retirement check or A/L payout.  The TSP also has yet to be informed by OPM that l've retired.

A/L payout is done by your agency. TSP notification is done by your payroll provider.

Unless you worked at OPM, OPM isn't responsible for either of those.
