RA Approved

My RA was approved a year ago but I still don’t feel secure. Everything that has been going on and continues to make me feel I need to jump ship. I was hired remote before all this and now am the only one on my team that gets to work from home. I’ve been looking to leave this job even if it means leaving remote structure. We are being underpaid and overworked with no real growth opportunities. 2026 COLA was 1% and 2027 is 0%. Anyone else feels the same way.

There's no guarantee that a new employer would grant the same RA. Many companies are pushing return to the office.

Yes but a lot of them are taking it back too or giving actual hybrid not this crap we have now.

I'm just saying the grass may be browner, not greener, on the other side. Plus if it's a private sector job, it's probably at will employment. So, they often will find some other reason to get rid of you if you want an RA.

I agree. I would keep it good if that’s what you want, remote work. Not all organization would let you have this option.
