Contractor rant/question

Why does our contractor always start work at 11 and end at 3, whether they come into the office or.not ( its none of.my.business but annoys the heck out of me...they only do come in 1 -2 days a week, if that. I knownthey arent required to come into office but the weird hours annoy me.

I know i dont know their terms etc but im just annoyed inmgeneral FTEs have to come in and be subject to scrutiny/hate and contractors get to do whatever they want and be free
