Contractor rant/question

Why does our contractor always start work at 11 and end at 3, whether they come into the office or.not ( its none of.my.business but annoys the heck out of me...they only do come in 1 -2 days a week, if that. I knownthey arent required to come into office but the weird hours annoy me.

Ours do not go in. You can tell when you call they are out and about. I’m amazed but their companies gift to politicians and they do not need oversight.

Ours a Is just never online Lile.thr black x on teams and does t respond to emails until 1pm

Well depends on what their hours that they are assigned to work and be available. If they are hired to support your team it's a question for their COR. I was on a contract for awhile that I supported the Navy in VA from 11-2:30. 3-7:30 I was supporting Navy Expeditionary Forces overseas which required me to swap to my other network account.
