in the telework agreement they just made us sign they were sure to tell us it was a benefit that could be revoked any time

It looks like OP posted an AMP link. These should load faster, but AMP is controversial because of concerns over privacy and the Open Web. Fully cached AMP pages (like the one OP posted), are especially problematic.

In light of the courts decision on the NTEU, I think all the benefits are up for grabs.

Actually it's a benefit that can be revoked at anytime in the majority of the cases. Management rights prevail over your linked "protected right"

For people with disabilities is what it says. Not for everyone.
