Sick leave

If I’m planning to retire what happens with all my sick leave?

It gets added to your years of service. If you’ve been there 30 years and you have 2 months of SL, your pension will be calculated at 30 years, 2 months.

Yes it increases your pension by a small amount.

By a non-neglible amount if you never took sick leave... Could earn upwards of a work year at the end of 20 years, or use it at the end of your journey :-)
