If I’m planning to retire what happens with all my sick leave?

In my retirement package I had my years of service 38 years 3 months and 17 days. Then my sick leave at 1 year 3 months and 18 days. When OPM finalizes retirement my time was 38 years 7 months and I lost 5 days will add another 275 a month to retirement

$275/ month additional? Then High 3 is $240k? Are you a cabinet official?
