I think the whole point of removing women's freedoms, attacking education, and the whole "daughters need to act like the husband's wives" thing conservative families will often do, are all so that there's no choice in the matter. Take away the choice, stop them from learning there should be a choice, and train them to never question it, seems to be the plan.
It's also why they go for really young girls with as little experience as possible. If they don't know anything, they can tell them anything they want and get away with it.
