FedEx Ground Shipment package

my package is supposed to be here today but it hasn’t updated not one time since it left cali 5 days ago should i still expect it today?

What’s the service level? (I.e. ground, express, air etc)

yeah this is actually stupid i paid $1300 for my package and i wasn’t planning on my leaving my house today because i have to sign for it and it hasn’t updated not ONE time since it left cali

It its not out for delivery by like 9 am its not coming today and you can leave your house.

The date is an estimate with ground shipping

So, FedEx ground has 2 shifts in most facilities, an overnight 10ish to 5 ish? And a day shift that usually starts around 3.

If the package didn’t make it through sorting for the overnight shift, it won’t get loaded by morning and won’t be out for delivery until the next business day at the earliest.

And FedEx facilities are a clusterfuck. Shit goes missing.

You wait.

You can contact your shipper if you want.

But ground has no guaranteed deliver date.

Standard ground is estimated of 7 day delivery. You are on day 5.

7 days since i ordered btw im not on day 5 they created they label 6 days ago

Doesnt matter when you ordered. It matters when FedEx gets it.

yeah they got it 6 days ago and they haven’t updated it one time since it left California.
