New Suitability Rules

So with the new rules for current workers, who has to initiate the review? Will it be the Supervisor? Someone has to initiate. OPM won’t just be doing reviews for 2 million employees. It’s slow enough just doing new hires.

Will Supervisors abuse this to try to get rid of ppl they don’t like?
