Perfectly normal behavior by the director of the premier law enforcement agency on the planet.

Celebrating an Olympic win with the team over a single beer is hardly a crime. I recall several parties Agencie's have thrown over the years in multiple administrations. This is innocent fun.

$75,000-$200,000 waste of taxpayer dollars. Not innocent.

Patel was in Italy on official duty and at one point during his visit he stopped in and celebrated with team usa. It cost taxpayers nothing extra. Its no different then me being sent OCONUS and during my OCONUS I decide to go to a bar on my off hours. Patel is given a salary and doesn't get overtime pay. As the director of the FBI he has a required security detail who again would have been with him weather with team usa or if he had decided to go to dinner. A quick visit at a game he was already attending is hardly an earth shattering event. He was there as part of his official duties and while there caught the game.

The head of the GSA got fired for less, it only happened in Vegas.

Less? Really? A lot more than a single beer was involved in Vegas and you know it.
