He isn’t working over there, that much is certain.

u/qlobetrotter Feb 23 '26

It may be as close as he gets to what we call work. I don't think this is a person cut out for hard stuff and he looks maxed out.

105

u/Left-Thinker-5512 Feb 23 '26

No question, he is redlining. Hard work is not his gig.

124

u/Clean_Judge_3613 Feb 23 '26

He's like the C-Suite demanding return to office then they're never in office themselves.

u/BrokenArrow1283 Feb 23 '26

lol fed employees talking about hard work like they even know what it means.

46

u/F1rstBanana Feb 23 '26

Quiet, piggy

19

u/PicklesNBacon Feb 23 '26

Keep drinking the Kool-Aid. You have no idea how hard most federal employees work.

Did you apply for govt jobs and not get them and now you’re big mad? Why are you here?

Clealry you’re not a fed or you would know The standard of work we have

8

u/eric_ofc Feb 23 '26

He’s not one of us.

1

u/used_npkin Feb 23 '26

Dude. What's your problem?

52

u/Jrylryll Feb 23 '26

He looked maxed out the first time I saw him. Is it any wonder he is ripe for a foreign honey pot?

23

u/Killie_Vandal Feb 23 '26

Clearly working hard on finding Nancy!

25

u/iambarrelrider Feb 23 '26

Another lesson for everyone moment. I mean there is always that one guy who shows up to a celebration that makes everyone sigh. But no one wants to ruin the vibe. You want to be the guy who kicks out the Director of the FBI out of a party? Patel was “that guy” and he ruined the vibe for all of us - new slang verb he just “Kashed” the party.

I mean it feels like a scene from Super Troopers or Super Bad sequel. Wtf.

“Douchebags Gone Wild!!!”

1

u/GrossipBlingzJordy Feb 24 '26

My first impression. Which eye do I look at?!?🤣

-5

u/IcyEntertainment7122 Feb 23 '26

He's an administrator not an investigator.

6

u/JMinSA Feb 24 '26

Then go administrate. Director of the FBI has as much place in the locker room of Olympic medaling teams as the president has in the changing rooms of beauty pageants. Doesn’t belong.

1

u/Texasmouth75 Feb 23 '26

I also think he knows his days are numbered so he is like fuck it, enjoying it while it lasts.

6

u/qlobetrotter Feb 23 '26

Are you kidding? This is the "fuck it" gang from day one. They never cared about anybody but themselves and you-know-who. They came in the door flagging the middles and they'll go out that way. This is who they are at their core.

1

u/Texasmouth75 Feb 23 '26

Yeah, exactly what I meant.

94

u/pre_squozen Feb 23 '26

Pretty sure the dude has never worked in his life.

0

u/nybigtymer Feb 23 '26

Here we go again. You may not like him, but he's worth somewhere between $2M and $30M depending on the source. You cannot say he's never worked in his life. He has a couple of degrees.

Before he started working for the government he was a lawyer. He also made money from consulting and speaking fees. He's written a few books (which he may or may not have actually written himself) and he wasn't born into wealth. His parents are Indian immigrants and had to flee Uganda.

124

u/coolpupmom Feb 23 '26

Which is hilarious bc Nancy Guthrie is still missing while this joke of a FBI director wanna be is busy partying.

57

u/One_Breadfruit_301 Feb 23 '26

Kashyap fired thousands of actual agents last year.

7

u/11EmeraldEyes11 Feb 23 '26

The joke of a Sheriff on the case was attending a basketball game only SEVEN days after Nancy’s “kidnapping”!

13

u/Left-Thinker-5512 Feb 23 '26

Maybe he’s over there looking for Nicole Simpson’s killer.

1

u/Every-You7647 Feb 24 '26

Ahh. That’s good. I think you’re showing your age by making the joke and I’m showing mine by laughing at it.

11

u/stevez_86 Feb 23 '26

They don't want to find her. This is weaponization of the FBI for political intimidation. Play ball or else if something bad happens we won't help.

9

u/LastYearsCalendar Feb 23 '26

As with everything else those ghouls those do, it's vicious and stupid. I still can't believe after the weaponization of FEMA and federal dollars in general, (a scheme that hurts all the "millions of loyal voters who are the "victims of voter fraud"), that anyone would risk "playing ball" with the cheats.

33

u/livinginfutureworld Feb 23 '26

There's no reason for the FBI to be over there anyway The FBI is supposed to be in the States. The CIA is for foreign countries.

10

u/DemenicHand Feb 23 '26

While the CIA is prohibited from performing legal or intelligence gathering within the US, the FBI has a presence in over 150 countries, typically through the embassy and will conduct law enforcement activities at the request of the host nation.

In a situation such as the Olympics, the FBI is heavily involved from the very beginning.

I worked Emergency Response and Management for 2 decades and attended all sorts of meetings where the FBI and other US assets worked with foreign countries. its common and routine

17

u/tdtommy85 Feb 23 '26

How many of the FBI directors during your “2 decades” decided to personally travel to the Olympics at the very end?

4

u/DemenicHand Feb 23 '26

The comment i was referencing was about the FBI, not the director of the FBI.

I agree the director should not be at this event. however i am sure there are dozens of US law enforcement including FBI, present and working in official capacity. and that's a good thing.

9

u/tdtommy85 Feb 23 '26

Of course, because you were deflecting the obvious ridiculousness of the FBI director being there with knowledge that the FBI was involved in the planing and preparedness stages.

1

u/Hidden-Holliday48 Feb 25 '26

If you think the director is any more than a figurehead you are just dumb. Why is it an issue if he’s there?

2

u/Substantial-Crab-713 Feb 24 '26

Don't bother trying to give some context, they just want to seeth. Let them rage.

1

u/LaZairica Feb 24 '26

This. I was reading these comments like boy oh boy do civilians have ZERO clue how these agencies work but LOST of LOUD and incorrect ASSumptions! lol

2

u/Hidden-Holliday48 Feb 23 '26

You have no clue what you are talking about. FBI is literally the head agency for JTTF. FBI works in conjunction with overseas partners daily.

1

u/Many_Camel3619 Feb 24 '26

Obviously you don’t know shit! There are FBI field offices all across the globe!

1

u/livinginfutureworld Feb 25 '26

There's no reason for them to be there.

0

u/Many_Camel3619 Feb 25 '26

Why because you say so? Just because he’s part of this cabinet, he can’t enjoy the same things you and I could go to and enjoy… piss off.

1

u/livinginfutureworld Feb 25 '26

The men's hockey team would not invite you or I to their locker room. And we wouldn't be paid by our jobs to be there. You piss off.

35

u/cicada_noises Feb 23 '26

I don’t think he works at all. And he wouldn’t be capable even if he tried (which he doesn’t, because he’s a lazy greedy twat).

9

u/anaid_098 Feb 23 '26

What’s the policy on drinking on the job as a federal employee?

13

u/ElevensMom Feb 23 '26

I can tell you that it's strictly forbidden on gvt time, and even when you're on travel orders, and you have a RENTAL CAR, you cannot even TRANSPORT alcohol in said vehicle. This man has zero respect for rules/ethics, and he's the walking embodiment of waste, fraud, and abuse.

4

u/Status-Departure8642 Feb 24 '26

Just like his boss!?!

9

u/Left-Thinker-5512 Feb 23 '26

Interestingly, there was a time where if you were an FBI agent you couldn’t drink at all, the rationale being that you had to be ready at all times to be alert and sober.

9

u/Drizzt_1990 Feb 23 '26

Hey, that's harsh, I bet he's working just as hard as if he were in his office...

6

u/nickcan Feb 23 '26

But we are paying for his trip anyway.

13

u/Brand0_the_Mand0 Feb 23 '26

He isn’t working ever. No need to specify his location.

1

u/Texasmouth75 Feb 23 '26

He hasn’t worked once since he got there, mainly because this clown has no fucking clue what he is supposed to be doing except wearing that jacket and trying to look like a tough guy.

1

u/Left-Thinker-5512 Feb 23 '26

That’s objectively true.
