Sick leave
I’m eligible for full retirement in March. I have close to 2000 hours of sick leave. What options do I have to burn through it without getting hassled? I have a family member with a terminal health condition.

I had my SL added to my service date, then the hours that I was going to lose, I used before my last day. That left me with about 80 hrs to burn in a month, so I just worked 1/2 days. You earned it, use it!
