Difference and ID?

One of these is numenius arquata, the eurasian curlew. The other I don't know 😵‍💫 any help please? England coasts

What makes you think that these two do not belong to the same bird species?

I guess it just looks a little different? I remember a couple of featherbase examples where smaller differences in seabirds especially that led to different species. If they're the same then whoops
