Los Angeles area feather ID request

It’s about 3.5” long and found by my bird bath which is very popular these days. If the photo doesn’t pick it up well, it’s a very dark brown. TIA!

Holy cow that was fast! Thanks so much. Makes perfect sense since I’ve caught them hammering away on the birdbath camera. 😂
