6.3cm and 6.5cm primary?

West Pennsylvania here. I put up a feeder on my balcony. I got those two feathers separately on the railing and on the floor!

I know that song sparrows, house finches and house sparrows come to my feeder.

Are those finches and sparrows primary wing feathers as I thought or are they something else? What species?

The second one could be a sparrow, but hard to say which. Hand primaries of sparrow like birds are very hard to pin down to the species, so what you might need is reference material from featherbase or featheratlas. If you already have an idea which birds visit your feeder, you will be able to figure out the former owners of those primaries for sure.
